1. Cancellation Policy.
Each transport company sets its own free cancellation time limit. The penalty-free deadline is shown when selecting a transfer, during booking, and inside your order details in your Intui.travel Personal Account.
If the booking was paid from the Partner Balance and canceled within the penalty-free period, the refund to the Partner Balance is processed instantly.
If paid by bank card and canceled within the penalty-free period, selecting the “refund to Balance” option will also provide an instant refund to your Balance.
2. Refund Terms and Payout
Refunds are made within 1 to 5 business days to the same payment method used during booking. Refunds of prepaid balances for partner accounts are completed upon request by email to partner@intui.travel.
Processing times may be extended due to force majeure. You will be informed of any changes.
3. Transaction Fees
If the order is canceled by the transport company, no transaction fees apply.
Refunds via WeChat are not charged transaction fees.
If the order was paid less than 180 days ago:
If the order was paid more than 180 days ago, the refund method is determined individually. Fees may range from 5 EUR to 50 EUR depending on method, country, and currency.
Refunds for iDEAL or POLi require bank details and may incur banking transaction fees (3 EUR to 35 EUR).
Alipay refunds incur a 3 percent processing fee.
Instructions for finding your transport are printed on your Intui.travel voucher. Please carry the voucher with you.
If you cannot locate your driver or representative, call the supplier’s phone number listed on your voucher.
Your transfer conditions may vary depending on the transport company. Please refer to the detailed instructions provided in the “Details and conditions” section of your booking.
Instructions for boarding and meeting your driver are available before and after booking. Not all car types include a name-plate meeting service.
Detailed instructions are shown in the “Details and conditions” tab for each vehicle option.
For shared transfers, meeting with a nameplate is not included. You must go to the pickup point using the instructions provided.
Instructions for shuttle boarding are available in the same “Details and conditions” tab.
For shared transfers to the airport, the boarding time is confirmed 12 to 48 hours before pickup. The transport company will notify you or you may check yourself.
After payment, the voucher and boarding instructions are available in your Personal Account and are also emailed to you.
After payment and confirmation of your transfer, Intui issues a voucher confirming your booking.
You must keep the voucher and present it to the transport company representative when boarding.
The voucher is sent to your email and placed in your Personal Account. Ensure your email address is correct when booking.
The transfer delivery itself takes place according to the time and details you provided during booking. If you do not show up, the service is considered completed.
